Toys & Treasures

  For my final in my model-making class, we were instructed to build a storefront with window displays in any scale of our liking. My store brings us to a small Christmas store called Toys & Treasures. Here, we see the freshly snowed streets and a small Christmas store decorated for the season.

  I started the process for this model by 3D modeling the facade in Sketchup. With those measurements, the model was constructed with illustration board, scale lumber, bristol board, and transparent acrylic sheets. For the set dressing inside the windows, I used a mixture of bristol board, 3D printed elements, and purchased props.
